Through this agreement, the role of cable TV regional channels will be expanded to include support and development of young farmers, further strengthening the foundation for regional coexistence.
The agreement was signed on the morning of the 10th at the Rural Development Administration headquarters, attended by Song Gu-young, CEO of LG HelloVision, and Cho Jae-ho, Administrator of the Rural Development Administration. Cho Jae-ho, Administrator of the Rural Development Administration, said, "This agreement offers great hope to young farmers who have struggled to secure sales channels," adding, "We hope it will help increase farm income and strengthen the competitiveness of young farmers."
Song Gu-young, CEO of LG HelloVision, said, "Through this agreement, local residents will have easier access to excellent food products from young farmers via regional channel commerce and the online mall," and added, "We will provide stronger support to young farmers who face difficulties in securing sales channels due to relatively limited experience, helping them grow into the main players of future agriculture."
