F&B specialist company SPP (CEO Lee Jeong-hoon of Seogwipian) announced on the 10th that its fourth project, Jeju Seogwipian Bakery, has signed a partnership agreement with Aqua Planet Jeju, Asia's largest premium marine theme park, to attract tourists.
Under this agreement, customers who visit Aqua Planet Jeju and then present their receipt at Seogwipian Bakery will receive a 10% discount on their total order amount. Conversely, customers who use Seogwipian Bakery can purchase Aqua Planet Jeju admission tickets at a 20% discounted price. Having previously partnered with the immersive media art experience center Light Bunker, Seogwipian Bakery plans to expand its influence in the related industry through continuous partnerships with various tourist facilities.
Located near Shinyang Seopji Beach in Seongsan-eup, Seogwipo City, Seogwipian Bakery is a large bakery & cafe spanning four floors and 300 pyeong (approximately 991 square meters). It offers over 800 healthy bakery items baked fresh every morning using organic flour, natural rye starter, and AOP-certified butter, along with coffee made from various beans and beverages reflecting local characteristics. Additionally, it enjoys high popularity among locals and tourists visiting Seongsan due to its sea views overlooking the beautiful Jeju ocean and its stylish interior design.
Moreover, Seogwipian Bakery is committed to social contribution activities to realize corporate social responsibility and coexistence with the local community. It regularly donates bread to welfare facilities such as children’s welfare centers and senior citizen associations in the Seongsan area, operates monthly baking classes for children, and has signed memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with five universities including Suwon Women’s University, Korea Tourism University, and Daegu Health College to provide practical training and employment opportunities for students aspiring to become hoteliers, bakers, baristas, and chefs.
SPP CEO Lee Jeong-hoon stated, “Following Light Bunker, we have planned a second partnership project with Aqua Planet Jeju and promise to develop various collaborative projects in the future,” adding, “We will continue to do our best to provide diverse benefits to local residents and tourists visiting Jeju.”
