As the importance of the public sector's role in the real estate market for stabilizing housing for the general public continues to rise, the introduction and advancement of chatbots by Makebot Co., Ltd. for promoting real estate policies and improving the quality of consumer consultations are rapidly increasing.

Makebot, an AI-based artificial intelligence specialist company, is widely expanding its customized real estate chatbot services based on its experience and know-how in building chatbot services for major public real estate services such as Korea Real Estate Board, Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, and SH Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation.

The expansion of department-specific chatbot services at Korea Real Estate Board and Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, the advancement of chatbot services at SH Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation, as well as the recent announcement by Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Development Corporation to introduce a ‘Housing Welfare Chatbot,’ indicate that Makebot’s expansion of real estate-related services is expected to accelerate further.

Korea Real Estate Board has been steadily expanding chatbot service areas such as subscription, green building, urban regeneration, and land statistics, while the Industrial Complex Corporation is expanding services related to sales and occupancy. With SH Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation recently advancing its chatbot services, it is anticipated that in the second half of this year and next year, various local governments requiring real estate policy promotion, consultation, and real estate transaction guidance, such as Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, will continue to adopt chatbots.

Makebot CEO Kim Ji-woong stated, “As government and local governments’ efforts to stabilize the real estate market become more active, the introduction of chatbot services in the public real estate sector to ensure that carefully developed policies are widely known and effectively utilized is expected to expand further.” He added, “We have already proven the value of low-cost, high-efficiency through the introduction of civil complaint chatbots in various public services beyond real estate.”

Meanwhile, Makebot has established itself as a leading chatbot service provider across various sectors, spanning both private and public domains, including major companies such as Korean Air, CJ OnStyle, Lotte Chilsung, Skylife, Pulmuone Food & Culture, as well as Korea Electric Power Corporation, Korea Tourism Organization, and various local governments.
