GTX Speed Race Expected... 'Jangheung Station Gyeongnam Honorsville Bukhansan View' with High Accessibility to A, C, F Lines

New Government Accelerates GTX Project... Increased Interest in Complexes Near Station Stops

GTX Speed Race Expected... 'Jangheung Station Gyeongnam Honorsville Bukhansan View' with High Accessibility to A, C, F Lines

Recently, as the president has accelerated the Metropolitan Area Express Railway (GTX) project, which was a key campaign promise during the presidential election, interest in complexes expected to benefit from the project has been rising.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, it has been confirmed that the announcement of the national railway network plan, which is published every five years, will be expedited to ensure that the D, E, and F lines can be promoted as quickly as possible. The 5th railway network plan, originally scheduled for release in 2026, will be brought forward by two years to 2024 to accelerate early construction.

Last month, the president instructed to promptly advance the GTX project, leading to the formation of a dedicated 'GTX Promotion Team' composed of 15 personnel. The team plans to begin full operations in August and has announced its commitment to advancing the opening schedule of the A line, which is currently under construction, to before June 2024. The B line is targeted to open in 2030, and the C line in 2028.

An industry insider stated, "GTX was the hottest keyword in last year's real estate market, although it faced criticism for slow construction progress. However, with the government recently stepping up efforts, the local real estate market is expected to regain momentum. Especially, complexes expected to benefit from multiple lines rather than just one have greater future value, so they deserve more attention."

Meanwhile, SM Gyeongnam Enterprise is currently offering 'Jangheung Station Gyeongnam Honorsville Bukhansan View' in the Jangheung-myeon area of Yangju City. Located in the immediate vicinity of Jangheung Station, the complex will consist of 14 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 20 floors above ground, with a total of 741 units (B4 and B5 blocks) all designed with a preferred exclusive area of 84㎡ for actual residents.

Jangheung Station is scheduled to open the Gyeoeseo Line in 2024 and is gaining more attention as it will connect with various GTX lines. Daegok Station, where the Gyeoeseo Line stops, will have the GTX-A line (Unjeong~Dongtan), Uijeongbu Station will have the GTX-C line (Deokjeong~Suwon), and Jangheung Station is also under discussion for the GTX-F line (Goyang~Suwon~Seongnam~Uijeongbu~Goyang), which was included in the president’s election pledges.

The complex is expected to enjoy excellent transportation conditions through Jangheung Station. It is just three stops to Daegok Station, which connects to the planned GTX-A line, and two stops to Uijeongbu Station, which connects to the planned GTX-C line. Additionally, when traveling to Daegok Station, residents can use Subway Line 3, the planned Daegok-Sosa Line, and the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, further enhancing accessibility to Seoul.

Given these circumstances, Jangheung Station Gyeongnam Honorsville Bukhansan View has attracted attention as the complex that will benefit the most from the GTX lines, successfully closing sales for Block 5. Currently, preemptive contracts are underway for Block 4, and sales representatives have stated that the sales closing is imminent.

Anyone aged 19 or older can immediately sign a contract regardless of residency requirements, region, or subscription to a housing subscription savings account. Unlike lottery-based apartment subscriptions, buyers can directly select their desired building and unit number for the contract. Resale is also possible immediately after registration.

Various financial benefits are also provided. A fixed contract deposit of 20 million KRW for the first payment has been introduced, and loans are arranged for the second contract payment. A maximum fixed interest rate of 3.8% is offered with deferred interest payment on interim payments, and for the remaining amount not covered by loans, the balance can be deferred for up to six interim payments.

Furthermore, the complex will be the first in Yangju City to apply a triple AI system, including the 'AI Facial Recognition One-Pass System' that allows non-stop access through the main entrance and automatic elevator calls, the 'AI Remote Home Control System' that enables control of all home systems via voice or smartphone app, and the 'AI Parking Guidance Control System' that assists residents with more convenient parking, all of which are expected to enrich residents’ lives.

Meanwhile, the model house for Jangheung Station Gyeongnam Honorsville Bukhansan View is currently open.
