Delinquent Customers Among Victims to Have Debt Collection Suspended for 6 Months... Installment Repayment and Late Fee Reduction Also Offered

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] Lotte Card announced on the 10th that it will provide special financial support to customers affected by the heavy rain concentrated in the metropolitan area and some regions.

First, Lotte Card will defer credit card payment bills for up to six months for customers who submit a damage confirmation certificate issued by the administrative office of the affected area. In addition, if customers affected by the heavy rain are overdue, debt collection will be suspended for six months from the time the damage is confirmed, and installment repayment and late fee reductions will be supported.

Furthermore, if long-term card loans (Card Loan) or short-term card loans (Cash Service) are used from the date of the heavy rain damage occurrence until the end of September, interest will be reduced by up to 30%.
