Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Construction is responsible for the construction of the ‘Dongducheon Jungang Station Elcrew The First’ apartment, which is currently offering unit selection on a first-come, first-served basis. Move-in is scheduled for November 2023.
‘Dongducheon Jungang Station Elcrew The First’ has arranged a sales condition where, instead of the existing payment terms of 10% down payment, 60% interim payment, and 30% balance, buyers only need to pay a 5% down payment. The project entity facilitates interest-free loans for the additional 5% down payment and 60% interim payment, eliminating extra financial burden until move-in.
By paying only 5% down payment at the time of contract, buyers face no financial burden until move-in, allowing flexible response to market changes.
The complex is located in Saengyeon-dong, Dongducheon City, within walking distance of Dongducheon Jungang Station. It is a residential-commercial mixed-use apartment building consisting of three basement floors and 26 above-ground floors.
