The meeting was organized to gather opinions from the Naengcheon Village Road Improvement Committee (Naengcheon Village residents), who support the opening of the access road to Naengcheon Village in Jinhae-gu, and the Jaeun 3 District Emergency Countermeasures Committee (merchant association, residents), who oppose it, and to set the direction for the road opening.

Through this residents' meeting, local residents freely expressed their pros and cons regarding the road opening.

Hong Nam-pyo, Mayor of Changwon Special City, created a communication forum to listen attentively to the residents' opinions.

Mayor Hong said, "Through this residents' meeting, we were able to hear each side's opinions on the road opening. It was a valuable opportunity to understand," and added, "We will collect and coordinate residents' opinions to review the opening of the access road to Naengcheon Village."
