[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] The new song "Bad Decisions," sung by BTS members Jin, Jimin, V, and Jungkook alongside Snoop Dogg and produced by benny blanco, has reached the top ranks on global music charts.
According to the latest "Daily Top Songs Global" chart from Spotify, the world's largest music streaming service (as of the 5th), "Bad Decisions" recorded 4,157,585 streams on its first day, entering the "Daily Top Songs Global" chart at number 7.
Previously, "Bad Decisions" proved its popularity by ranking number 1 on the iTunes "Top Songs" chart in 74 countries/regions worldwide (as of 7 a.m. on the 6th).
"Bad Decisions" is the pre-release track from blanco's upcoming full-length album scheduled for release this year. It is a dance song with a lively beat that conveys honest feelings to a loved one.
The music video released on the 5th attracted attention with appearances by producer blanco and Snoop Dogg. In the video, blanco appears as an ARMY, a BTS fan, who enthusiastically prepares for a BTS concert by practicing dance and making a cake but humorously realizes he got the concert date wrong.
