Daehan Jonggeon secured the contract for the Uijeongbu Minrak Deux Class Knowledge Industry Center 'Rapinet Biz' project on the 1st.

'Rapinet Biz' Uijeongbu Minrak Deux Class is a knowledge industry center and neighborhood living facility located in Minrak-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do. The project scale covers a total floor area of approximately 28,000 pyeong, with 673 units spanning from 2 basement floors to 10 above-ground floors, and the total construction cost amounts to 135 billion KRW.

Daehan Jonggeon's sales have shown a steady upward trend. Sales increased from 147 billion KRW in 2020 to 163.1 billion KRW last year, and this year, sales are expected to reach 220 billion KRW.

Meanwhile, according to a disclosure on the 1st, Daehan Jonggeon announced that it has decided to transfer 100% of its shares to H&B Design.
