New York real estate platform Koriny (CEO Taeyoung Moon) announced on the 4th that it has signed a business agreement with Korea Investment & Securities to strengthen asset management services for high-net-worth individuals.
The signing ceremony, held yesterday (the 3rd), took place at the Korea Investment & Securities headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul. This agreement was established to provide more specialized asset management solutions as domestic investors' interest in stable and profitable New York real estate investments continues to grow.
Through this business agreement, both companies plan to offer a variety of services including ▲ New York real estate investment consulting ▲ U.S. corporation establishment agency ▲ support for overseas direct investment ▲ remittance, accounting, and finance ▲ sales, lease management, and disposition, while continuously expanding asset management services in both Korea and the U.S.
In July, Taeyoung Moon, CEO of Koriny and an expert in the New York real estate market, participated in the ‘U.S. Real Estate Investment Seminar’ for ultra-high-net-worth individuals hosted by Korea Investment & Securities GWM at the JW Marriott Hotel. The seminar, which provided global asset management solutions, was attended by over 110 clients and received great response.

It combines stability and profitability, making it a market that Korean asset owners are very interested in investing in.” He added, “Koriny plans to provide enhanced New York real estate investment services in cooperation with Korea Investment & Securities, based on thousands of transaction experiences and accumulated know-how.”
Koriny held a New York real estate investment seminar for high-net-worth individuals from June 23 to 28 at the Banyan Tree Hotel and Galleria Foret in Seoul. Approximately 300 people attended over the six days the seminar was held. Due to many requests for an encore, an encore seminar will be held at the Banyan Tree Hotel on August 9.
Koriny is the first New York real estate platform for Koreans, a PropTech (property technology combining IT with real estate) company with headquarters at the World Trade Center in Manhattan, New York, and a branch office in Yeouido, Seoul.
