Mid-sized Housing Companies to Supply 4,595 Units in August

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Sixteen mid-sized housing companies will supply a total of 4,595 housing units in August.

The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 29th that, based on a survey of its member companies' housing supply plans for August, 16 companies will supply a total of 4,595 units across 16 projects. This represents a decrease of 1,644 units compared to last month (6,239 units).

In the metropolitan area, ▲Seoul 81 units ▲Incheon 583 units ▲Gyeonggi 916 units will be supplied. DL Construction will offer 916 units of 'e-Pyeonhansesang' in the Pyeongtaek Huayang district of Pyeongtaek City, Gyeonggi Province. In Incheon, Hoban Construction will supply 583 units of 'Hoban Summit Sky Central II' in Yeongjong Sky City, Jung-gu.

In the provinces, 3,015 units will be supplied. Daegu (1,029 units) has the largest supply, followed by ▲Gyeongnam 714 units ▲Gangwon 572 units ▲Jeonbuk 557 units ▲Jeju 87 units ▲Busan 56 units. Hanshin Engineering will supply 601 units of 'Geoje Hanshin The Hue' in Ajoo-dong, Geoje City, Gyeongnam, and Jeil Construction will offer 298 units of 'Namjung O2 Grande' in Namjung-dong, Iksan City, Jeonbuk.
