Double station-area officetels are showing strong performance in the metropolitan real estate market. An industry insider said, “Station-area locations are preferred not only by actual users but also by investors because they offer convenient public transportation and various nearby infrastructures. Even within station areas, there is a significant difference depending on whether there is one line or two lines. Therefore, if you plan to invest in station-area officetels, it is advisable to focus on areas where additional lines are scheduled to open in the future.”


Among these, ‘Siheung Sincheon Station Harrington Tower 709,’ located in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province, also features a double station-area. Sincheon Station on the Seohae Line is about a one-minute walk away, and once the Second Gyeongin Line opens, it is expected to become a double station-area complex.

In addition, the GTX-E line passing through Siheung is currently undergoing a preliminary feasibility study, and the nearby Sincheon IC provides easy access to highways such as the Second Gyeongin Expressway and the Metropolitan Area 1st Outer Ring Expressway.
