Krafton Grants 1,528 Shares as Gift from Chairman Jang Byung-gyu's Wife

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Krafton announced on the 26th that Seung-hye Jeong, the wife of Chairman Jang Byeong-gyu, gifted 1,528 shares. The value of the gift was 456.1 million KRW as of April 4. Jeong Seung-hye's holdings decreased from 293,045 shares to 291,517 shares.

The company explained, "Chairman Jang is fulfilling his pledge to gift up to 100 billion KRW worth of shares as performance rewards for employees."
