Dragonfly Subsidiary Successfully Participates in the Philippines '2022 Conquest' Booth

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Dragonfly's joint venture subsidiary DF Chain announced on the 25th that it successfully operated a booth at the '2022 ConQuest Expo' held in Manila, Philippines from the 23rd to the 24th.

This was a game & pop expo held offline for the general public in Manila, Philippines for the first time in over two years since the COVID-19 pandemic. On the first day, 15,000 visitors attended, followed by more than 33,000 visitors on the last day.

At the ‘Special Force Rush’ booth operated by DF Chain, a line of visitors eager to participate in events continued. On-site events included creating Rush Wallet accounts and new Special Force Rush accounts, with Special Force Rush goods given as prizes.

In particular, the booth was crowded with people wanting to participate in or watch direct game matches with four famous local Filipino influencers: SEIKA, YOW, GIU, and BRENAN.

Additionally, at the expo’s main stage, there was a session explaining the overall ecosystem of Infinity Market, a P2E (Play to Earn) service platform operated by DF Chain. A promotional video for the newly launching ‘Special Force Kongz War (SFLM)’ was also unveiled offline for the first time.

A DF Chain official stated, “Currently, the number of subscribers to ‘Special Force Rush’ within Infinity Market has exceeded 100,000. Starting with this offline event, we are preparing various local marketing activities and will aggressively attract additional users through offline marketing in the local market.”

Meanwhile, since its launch in the Philippine market, Special Force has surpassed 20 million cumulative members locally. In the Philippines, which is emerging as a major market for P2E games, it has established itself as the national game. On the 22nd, Special Force Rush tournament free play was held in cooperation with a franchise PC cafe in Marikina, a city in the Metro Manila region on the northern Luzon island of the Philippines, further boosting its local popularity.
