[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Celebrating its 92nd anniversary, Daesun Joojo and Hanwha Resort Haeundae's signature restaurant FSK (Fish & Seaside Kitchen) have joined forces to introduce a collaborative menu called ‘Daesun Hansang’.

‘Daesun Hansang,’ which pairs Busan’s representative dishes of sashimi and seafood with ‘Daesun Drinks’ made from Busan’s representative soju, plans to showcase the most authentic taste of Busan to tourists visiting during the holiday season.

Available from the 25th until September 9th on the 2nd floor of Hanwha Resort Haeundae, ‘Daesun Hansang’ is designed to offer the neatness of Japanese cuisine and the abundance of a sashimi restaurant simultaneously.

First, five types of sashimi?red sea bream, sea bass, flatfish, tuna, and salmon?are provided as the base. Three kinds of sushi including gamtae (seaweed), gunkan, and shrimp, as well as seafood such as braised octopus and abalone, can be enjoyed with various seaweeds.

The highlight of ‘Daesun Hansang’ is the ‘Daesun Highball’ and ‘Daesun Ade’ to accompany the seafood. Using Busan’s representative soju ‘Daesun’ as the main ingredient for the highball, a popular alcoholic trend among the MZ generation, it is praised for embodying the essence of Busan.

The ‘Daesun Highball,’ made by mixing Daesun soju, carbonated water, and blue cura?ao, features the blue color of the Busan sea and adds a refreshing sensation, satisfying both sight and taste.

The ‘Daesun Ade,’ which combines Daesun soju, carbonated water, and grapefruit syrup to create a romantic atmosphere, pairs perfectly with fresh seafood.

With a view of Gwangandaegyo Bridge from FSK, it offers vacationers an unforgettable multisensory experience of Busan.

Jo Woo-hyun, CEO of Daesun Joojo, said, “It is a very meaningful attempt for Busan’s representative liquor company and a leading resort to join hands to showcase Busan’s representative flavors,” adding, “I hope many visitors to Busan enjoy the rich taste of ‘Daesun Hansang.’”

Jo Yoon-ha, team leader of Hanwha Resort Haeundae, also said, “This collaboration was planned to provide tourists visiting Busan with unforgettable tastes and experiences,” and added, “We will continue various efforts for the development of Busan tourism.”
