From Tomorrow Until August 1
Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 24th that it will accept applications for the July public sale housing pre-subscription from July 25 to August 1.
This pre-subscription will supply 4,763 public sale housing units across five public land districts in the 3rd New Towns and the metropolitan area.

Public sale housing prices are subject to the price ceiling system, allowing purchases at 60-80% of the surrounding market prices.
The sale prices are set between 300 million to 500 million KRW for Namyangju Wangsuk and Wangsuk2, Hwaseong Taean3, and Pyeongtaek Godeok Districts, while Goyang Changneung District is priced between 400 million to 600 million KRW.
Among the total public sale units, 85% are allocated for special supply categories such as newlyweds (30%), first-time homebuyers (25%), multi-child families (10%), elderly parent support (5%), and others (15%), with the remaining 15% available to the general public.
Eligibility requires applicants to be members of a non-homeowner household residing in the relevant area as of the pre-subscription announcement date (July 15) and to have subscribed to a housing subscription savings account (Comprehensive Housing Subscription Savings or Subscription Savings).
Applications can be submitted online via the pre-subscription website or the LH Subscription Center. For more details, refer to the pre-subscription website or contact the call center.
Looking at the unique features of each district, Hwaseong Taean3 District covers approximately 360,000 pyeong in the Song-san-dong and Annyeong-dong areas of Hwaseong City, a land development district capable of housing about 3,800 households. Nearby are Suwon and Dongtan New Towns, offering significant future development potential. The district is harmoniously integrated with urban landscapes featuring UNESCO World Heritage site Yunggeolleung, nationally designated cultural assets Yongjusa Temple, and Gyeonggi Province monument Mannyeonje.
Close to the district are Suwon 1st, 2nd, and 3rd General Industrial Complexes, Iljin Industrial Complex, and Osan Gajang General Industrial Complex, providing excellent proximity to workplaces. Access to nearby Dongtan New Town’s amenities is convenient via Line 1 Byeongjeom Station, Hyohang-ro, Bongmyeong-ro, and Seobu-ro. Notably, all housing units supplied this time are medium-sized (84㎡), which is worth attention.
In Namyangju Wangsuk District, a total of about 53,000 housing units will be supplied, along with parks and green spaces 13 times the size of Yeouido Park and job spaces 2.3 times the size of Pangyo Techno Valley. Additionally, the GTX-B line and urban rail connecting Gangdong, Hanam, and Namyangju will enhance accessibility to Seoul and the metropolitan area, expected to alleviate housing demand and improve transportation convenience.
Namyangju Wangsuk2 District will supply about 14,000 housing units, with parks and green spaces 3.5 times the size of Yeouido Park and public cultural facilities being developed. The urban rail connecting Seoul Gangdong, Hanam, and Namyangju is expected to allow access to Seoul’s Gangnam area within approximately 30 minutes.
Goyang Changneung District will supply about 37,000 housing units and is conveniently connected to Ilsan New Town, Samsong, and Wonheung Districts. The central mixed-use district (CMD), located at the transportation hub with the new Goyang Line and GTX-A stations, will feature a complex integrating commercial, business, cultural, public, residential, and green spaces.
Pyeongtaek Godeok District is an international planning district with about 59,000 housing units. It boasts excellent transportation conditions with proximity to the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway, Pyeongtaek-Hwaseong Expressway, Gyeongbu Line railway, metropolitan subway (Seojeong-ri Station), and SRT Jije Station (30 minutes to Suseo). Various living infrastructures such as Edu Town and international exchange complexes will be developed within the district.
