Customized Travel Products Developed for Over 53,000 Households Including Apartments and Officetels

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Lotte Tour Development announced on the 21st that it signed a business agreement on the 20th with SL Platform at SL Platform headquarters in Seongdong-gu, Seoul to develop travel, cultural services, and joint travel products.

SL Platform is a proptech (real estate + information technology) company affiliated with Shinyoung Group, a comprehensive real estate company, providing various lifestyle services by individually analyzing resident age, income, preferences, etc., based on big data accumulated since 2017.

Through this agreement, they will mutually cooperate on developing customized travel programs, target marketing and promotion, and special promotions for approximately 53,000 households living in apartments, high-end officetels, and residential lodging facilities using SL Platform's residential service mobile application 'SLP Living.'

Kwon Ki-kyung, Head of Travel Business Division at Lotte Tour Development, said, "We plan to provide Lotte Tour Development's premium travel services to high-spending customers provided by SL Platform," adding, "We will continue to discover new sales channels and attract loyal customers."

In March, Lotte Tour Development also signed a business agreement with Super Kids Holdings, a kids big data platform with 1.2 million family members.
