"Deep and Rich Chinese-Style Soup Dishes" Daesang Cheongjeongwon Homings Launches 'Eolkkeun Gogi Jjamppongtang·Sichuan-Style Malatang'

[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Eun-mo] Daesang Cheongjeongwon's ready meal brand 'Home:ings' announced on the 21st that it is launching two new Chinese-style ready meals (HMR), 'Spicy Meat Jjamppong Soup' and 'Sichuan-style Malatang.'

Both Chinese dishes are characterized by a deep and rich flavor, made with beef bone broth. The Spicy Meat Jjamppong Soup features domestic pork stir-fried with flavored oil and chili paste, along with shiitake mushrooms, green onions, and bamboo shoots, all added to a rich broth to bring out a spicy smoky taste. The Sichuan-style Malatang is made with authentic mala seasoning broth and includes vegetables such as tofu skin and bamboo shoots, offering a pungent and flavorful taste. According to the company, both products have a rich broth base that delivers a deep and spicy flavor, making them perfect as side dishes to accompany alcohol or for hangover relief.
