O Do-chang, Mayor of Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongbuk, Helps at Senior Welfare Center 'Yeongyang Gadeuk' Event Wishing for Elderly Health
The governor of Yeongyang-gun, O Do-chang, wearing an apron, is serving samgyetang into a bowl as a one-day helper on the 15th.

On the 15th, Yeongyang-gun Senior Welfare Center held a 'Yeongyang Full of Samgyetang Day' serving food to 250 elderly people at the welfare center, and Mayor Oh helped as an event assistant.
It was a small party wishing for the healthy summer of the elderly using the welfare center and to restore their energy exhausted by the heat.
On that day, Yeongyang-gun Senior Welfare Center joined forces with the food company, the social cooperative Donghaeng, to include Samgyetang and fruit desserts in the menu.
An elderly person expressed gratitude, saying, "They provide opportunities to spend leisure time at Yeongyang-gun Senior Welfare Center, take care of us like children, and show interest, so I am thankful and encouraged."
Mayor Oh Do-chang of Yeongyang-gun wiped the sweat on his forehead and said, "Let us all do our part so that the elderly can spend a healthy and happy old age through vitality enhancement measures and improved welfare services."
