All the World's Dads Sign Domestic License Agreement with Cinnamon Company and Loti Friends

Sesangui Modeun Appa Co., Ltd. (CEO Oh Kyunghwan) announced that it has officially signed a license agreement with Cinnamon Company Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Heeyeon), which holds the domestic 'merchandising rights' for the Lotifriends brand.

Lotifriends, based on Lotte World’s deep understanding of infants, toddlers, and family targets as well as expertise in character product development, has been continuously producing and distributing popular nursery rhymes and dance content through an online educational content channel since last month.

Starting from YouTube, it is now also available on channels such as Kidsland, U+ Kids Nara, Daekyo Nori, and Watcha.

Following this agreement, Sesangui Modeun Appa will be able to manufacture, distribute, and sell products such as cosmetics, beverages, health functional foods, and stationery under the Lotifriends brand.

Sesangui Modeun Appa is a company that launched and manufactures the eco-friendly premium baby cosmetics brand ‘JULIEALOOPY,’ which embodies the heart of a father thinking of his child. It is a premium baby skincare brand that makes safe and reliable low-irritant cosmetics using natural plant-based ingredients safe enough for children to ingest. To create gentle cosmetics, harmful ingredients are excluded, and only raw materials with EWG GREEN grade 1~2 cosmetic ingredient indices are selected, with no added colorants or fragrances. All products contain the patented ingredient ‘Cumin Formula Corederm,’ developed independently.

JULIEALOOPY was the first cosmetic brand officially adopted by an atopy-specialized elementary school in Korea and has been recognized for its efficacy, performance, and safety, including being selected as an amenity at Paradise City Hotel in Incheon.

A representative of Sesangui Modeun Appa stated that through this license agreement, they expect to brand JULIEALOOPY together with Lotifriends, using friendly characters familiar to children to promote the JULIEALOOPY brand, expand product channels, and create synergy effects.

Cinnamon Company is a specialized early childhood education content company that operates the domestic media and licensing business for ‘Lotifriends,’ original content for infants and toddlers developed by Lotte World, based on its successful know-how in launching BabyBus in Korea.

Kim Heeyeon, CEO of Cinnamon Company, said, “Lotifriends is family-targeted content developed by Lotte World, which has secured the largest business know-how for family targets in Korea. We are excited about the future synergy by signing a license agreement with Sesangui Modeun Appa, which will solidify Lotte’s brand business.”

Oh Kyunghwan, CEO of Sesangui Modeun Appa, said, “Through this content license agreement and the expansion of the licensing business, we will strive to become a good company that delivers dreams and hopes to children worldwide with high-quality and diverse products, including JULIEALOOPY and Lotifriends.” Accordingly, a portion of the profits will be shared with the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation.
