Located in a Prime Transit Area with Excellent Marketability... Mapo 'Billive The Able'

Recently, small residential spaces supplied in Seoul have been gaining popularity. As stringent regulations on apartments continue, urban-style residential housing, which has a relatively low entry barrier, is emerging as a new housing alternative.

Urban-style residential housing, which can only be built in urban areas according to the Building Act, is inherently a product with excellent location conditions. Since it is developed in downtown areas close to subway stations and densely packed with convenience facilities, the satisfaction of demanders regarding the location is inevitably high.

Moreover, urban-style residential housing that meets the job-residence proximity condition adjacent to major business districts in Seoul such as Mapo, Yeouido, and City Hall is gaining favor as the first home for single workers as well as dual-income newlywed couples.

In particular, recently introduced urban-style residential housing in the market is being reborn as a new residential product with apartment-level design and community layout, as well as the introduction of high-end finishing materials.

Amid this trend, Shinsegae Construction is offering ‘Billive The Able,’ a small residential space in the Mapo-gu area of Seoul.

‘Billive The Able’ is being constructed in the Mapo-gu area of Seoul with one building ranging from 6 basement floors to 23 above-ground floors, comprising 299 urban-style residential housing units (including rental units) and 34 officetel units. It is characterized by being developed in the Sinchon area, which has abundant living infrastructure within Mapo-gu. It is within walking distance to Sinchon Station on Subway Line 2 and Sogang University Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and various convenience facilities such as Hyundai Department Store, E-Mart, CGV, Gyeongui Line Forest Trail, and Sinchon Severance Hospital are also located within walking distance.

To accommodate the rapidly increasing number of 1-2 person households, the units are composed of small to medium sizes ranging from 38 to 49 square meters of exclusive area, and a ceiling height of 2.6 meters, which is 30 cm higher than typical apartments, is applied to maximize the sense of space and openness. Additionally, high-end living brands such as the famous German furniture brand ‘Nolte’ and the Italian faucet brand ‘Gessi’ are applied throughout to add a touch of luxury.

A private community space is also being created. An entire floor is allocated as community facilities for residents, filled with amenities such as a fitness center with private shower rooms, screen golf, private offices divided into independent spaces, and lounges where residents can enjoy rest and leisure.

Concierge services that elevate the level of residence will also be provided. In particular, to offer a luxurious hotel-style service, a concierge desk will be operated to support various service reservations as well as business and events, allowing residents to enjoy a refined lifestyle.

The financial burden on contract holders has also been significantly reduced. ‘Billive The Able’ allows mid-term payment loans and even offers interest-free benefits on mid-term payments. Additionally, like apartments, it includes ‘service area,’ which makes the perceived area larger compared to other products such as officetels. The ‘Billive The Able’ in Mapo is currently operating a model house.
