[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] SPC Samlip announced on the 6th that it will release five new products of the wildly popular 'Pokemon Bread' along with additional Seongdo region Ttibuseal stickers.
The new products include the chewy and moist blueberry-flavored steamed cake 'Metamong's Soft Blueberry,' 'Isul's Choco Pound,' which recreates the taste of that era with sweet chocolate chips inside a chocolate pound cake, and 'Isanghaessi's Choco Pangpang,' which contains dark chocolate chips and Belgian chocolate filling inside the baked bread.
Additionally, a giant-sized pizza shaped like the large body of Pokemon Snorlax called 'Jammanbo's Big Pizza' will be released later this month in two flavors: 'Gorgonzola' and 'Buldak' (spicy chicken).
All Pokemon Bread products will include 116 new Ttibuseal stickers (peel-and-stick stickers) in addition to the existing 159 Kanto region Pokemon Ttibuseal stickers. The newly added stickers mainly feature Pokemon from the Seongdo region, another area, and some stickers with new images of popular Kanto region Pokemon will also be available.
Meanwhile, since its launch in February, Pokemon Bread has recorded cumulative sales of 44 million packs, maintaining its continuous popularity.
