Prime Minister's Press Secretary Kim Suhye, Former Chosun Ilbo Reporter... Chief of Civil Affairs Son Youngtaek Kim Su-hye, Director of Public Relations, Office of the Prime Minister's Secretariat / Provided by the Office of the Prime Minister


[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] Kim Suhye, former executive vice president of public relations at Coupang and former journalist at Chosun Ilbo, has been appointed as the Director of Public Relations at the Secretariat of Prime Minister Han Duck-soo.


The Prime Minister's Office announced on the 4th through a press release that lawyer Son Young-taek was appointed as the Chief of the Civil Affairs Office. Director Kim previously served as the head of the mobile reporting team and Tokyo correspondent for Chosun Ilbo, then as the head of public relations (executive vice president) at Coupang, and as a planning committee member of the 20th Presidential Transition Committee. Lawyer Son served as a planning committee member of the 20th Presidential Transition Committee and as the head of policy communication at the policy headquarters of presidential candidate Yoon Seok-yeol's campaign.


The Prime Minister's Office also added that Lee Soo-hyun, former vice chairman of Geumsan, was appointed as the Protocol Secretary.
