Hana Bank announced on the 4th that it will implement this 'Non-face-to-face Corporate Card One-stop Application Service.'
Previously, when corporate customers applied for account opening and corporate card issuance non-face-to-face, the account was opened by the bank, and the corporate card had to be issued through the card company. However, from now on, customers can open an account and receive a card issuance at the same time non-face-to-face.
In addition, non-face-to-face corporate account opening, which was previously only possible through mobile banking, is now available through internet banking as well. Furthermore, corporate customers' reporting and change services, which were only possible through branches, will also be provided through internet and mobile banking. Through this, services such as ▲Customer Due Diligence (CDD/EDD) ▲Customer Information Change ▲Account Password Change ▲OTP Reissuance ▲Release of Suspension on Long-term Inactive Transfer Transactions can be processed non-face-to-face.
This service can be applied for after non-face-to-face real-name verification of the corporation and its representative through the mobile application ‘Hana OneQ Corporate’ or the ‘Hana Bank Corporate Banking’ website.
