[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Nineteen mid-sized housing companies are expected to supply over 6,200 households in July.


The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 29th that, based on a survey of its member companies' July housing supply plans, 19 companies will supply a total of 6,239 households across 21 projects.


This represents an increase of 197 households compared to last month (6,042 households) and a decrease of 920 households compared to the same month last year (7,159 households).


In the metropolitan area, 106 households will be supplied in Seoul and 1,552 households in Gyeonggi Province, while Incheon has no supply volume. Dongwon Made Housing Construction will supply 41 households at 'Dongwon Dejavu' located in Jung-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. In Yonghyeon-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi Province, Hyundai Engineering will supply 636 households at 'Topseok Hillstate.'


In the provinces, 4,581 households will be supplied. The largest volume is in Daegu (1,358 households), followed by Chungbuk (990 households), Gyeongnam (723 households), and Jeonbuk (634 households). Hwaseong Development will supply 520 households at 'Hwaseong Park Dream Gususang Park' in Eumnae-dong, Buk-gu, Daegu. In Gyeongnam, Dongwon Development will supply 311 households at 'Yangsan 5th Vista Dongwon Solasta.'
