Shinhan Financial Investment Announces Regular Organizational Restructuring and Personnel Changes for the Second Half of This Year

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Shinhan Financial Investment announced on the 1st that it has carried out a regular organizational restructuring and personnel appointments focusing on advancing asset management business and promoting innovative digital new businesses.

The key feature of this organizational restructuring is the complete overhaul of region-based retail channels. The existing Asset Management Sales Headquarters, Finance Sales Headquarters, Yeongnam Sales Headquarters, and Honam Chungcheong Sales Headquarters have been entirely reorganized into Asset Management Headquarters 1 to 4. Additionally, a Premier Center has been newly established to focus on sales targeting the rapidly growing emerging affluent class.

Furthermore, within the IPS Group (Investment Product & Service), the Asset Management Service Headquarters and the Blockchain Department within the Digital Strategy Headquarters have been newly established.

Executive and branch/department head appointments following this restructuring were conducted with an emphasis on ability and expertise, maintaining company-wide strategic direction momentum, and continuously driving performance creation.
