[Asia Economy Reporter Junho Hwang] Jaes&D announced on the 30th that it has signed a contract with Korea Investment Real Estate Trust for the construction of a residential lodging facility in Yeongnang-dong, Sokcho City. The contract amount is 57,412 million KRW, which corresponds to 13.18% of the 2021 sales. The contract period is until July 29, 2025.
