Dong-Eui University, Kim Hyewon and An Jiwon Win Top Prize in Tourism Contest

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Dooyul] Kim Hyewon, a senior majoring in International Tourism Management at Dong-Eui University, and Ahn Jiwon, a junior majoring in Hotel and Convention Management, received the Grand Prize in the university student contest at the "2022 Spring Joint Academic Conference of the Korean Trade Exhibition Society, Korean MICE Tourism Society, and Korean Event Convention Society," held on the 24th at Suwon Convention Center.

The contest, held on the theme of regional MICE revitalization measures and all related fields, saw participation from 35 teams nationwide.

Kim Hyewon and Ahn Jiwon presented the exhibition idea titled "Illuminate: Green Fashion - A Sustainable Fashion Fair Shining Together with Suwon City," which was selected as the Grand Prize winner.

Their idea received high praise for its creativity and feasibility, linked to Suwon City's regional specialized industries.
