Sulbing Launches Summer Limited 'Mango Yogurt Melon Sulbing'

The new menu is a follow-up to the ‘Melon Sulbing 3 Types’ introduced earlier this month, featuring musk melon grown by domestic farms combined with the popular fruit mango, resulting in a juice-rich dish.

The Mango Yogurt Sulbing raises expectations as a tropical combination that includes both melon and mango in the shaved ice. It highlights the natural charm of the seasonal melon’s fragrant aroma, soft flesh, and abundant juice, while adding the sweet and tangy flavor of mango. The generous melon and mango pieces are topped with mango yogurt ice cream, enhancing the overall freshness of the shaved ice, and Sulbing’s special cereal in the ice adds a crispy texture.

On the same day, Sulbing also introduces new dessert menus, ‘Croquanshu’ and ‘Creamy Cookie Shu.’ Croquanshu is the epitome of ‘crispy outside, moist inside,’ with a firm shell filled with soft choux cream, offering a crispy cookie-like texture that melts smoothly the moment you take a bite. Creamy Cookie Shu is a cute-sized treat filled with chewy choux cream, delivering a soft sweetness that fills your mouth. Both menus are perfect to enjoy with coffee or shaved ice.
