[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] Yuhan Corporation announced on the 28th that it has obtained integrated certification for the Compliance Management System ISO 37301 and the Anti-Corruption Management System ISO 37001 from the authorized certification body, the Korea Compliance Certification Institute.

The Compliance Management System (ISO 37301) and the Anti-Corruption Management System (ISO 37001) are standard specifications established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Companies that obtain these certifications have established risk prevention and response systems for compliance and anti-corruption, and it signifies that the processes set up are operating properly.

Yuhan Corporation received the Anti-Corruption Management System ISO 37001 certification in 2018 and has continuously renewed the certification since then. With this integrated certification, the company plans to take a further step forward by building a voluntary compliance culture to continue sustainable management.

A Yuhan Corporation official stated, “We did not stop at obtaining the ISO 37001 certification but also acquired the ISO 37301 certification for the Compliance Management System, establishing and operating an integrated system,” adding, “Under a firm compliance policy, all employees will strive for voluntary participation and efforts to ensure that not a single case of corruption or compliance violation occurs.”
