Jaes S&D (Jaie S&D) announced that it will introduce the microbial food waste processor Final Kitchen on the crowdfunding platform Wadiz on July 5.
Final Kitchen is a product that applies the eco-friendly microbial fermentation method for food waste processing. The microbial fermentation method involves microorganisms decomposing solid food waste, eliminating more than 90% of it. Food waste can be simply placed inside without any additional operation, and after processing, there is almost no secondary treatment such as collection and disposal.
Jaes S&D is drawing attention by maximizing decomposition power by blending GSlyso, a microorganism patented by its parent company GS Construction. A notable feature is that the microbial activation process, which usually takes from one day to up to a month, is reduced to 6 hours.
In addition, special attention was paid to the design so that it fits well anywhere in the living space. With a modern and simple design, it has high usability as kitchen furniture interior, and includes an automatic opening function using sensors to enhance user convenience.
A representative of Jaes S&D stated, “Final Kitchen applies the microbial fermentation method, known as the most eco-friendly food waste processing method,” adding, “It will be a product that satisfies trust in the manufacturer, product performance, and the demand for eco-friendliness.”
