Campaign Expanded to a Total of 5 Times This Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicle announced on the 27th that it successfully completed the 'After-Service (A/S) Chief Manager' campaign, a free inspection service tour for local customers, for the first time in the Gangwon region.
The 'A/S Chief Manager' campaign, conducted annually by Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicle to enhance customer service, is a nationwide tour linked with Tata Daewoo maintenance service centers and partner companies in each region, allowing customers to conveniently receive free inspections closer to their locations. In particular, customers can communicate directly on-site with vehicle experts from Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicle’s Service Support Office and receive precise diagnostic services regarding their vehicle’s condition.
The Gangwon region 'A/S Chief Manager' campaign held in Wonju, Gangwon Province, invited over 100 customers and provided various free inspection services including ▲leakage inspection ▲vehicle interior management ▲electrical system inspection ▲air conditioner filter management ▲consumable parts free service.
Additionally, a convenience facility 'Rest Lounge' was prepared for customers waiting for inspections, along with a 'Snack Bar' where they could enjoy coffee and refreshments, and various customer convenience programs such as free car wash services were also offered. Furthermore, all customers participating in the campaign received a tool set as a souvenir that can be used for simple vehicle maintenance.
Moreover, Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicle plans to expand the 'A/S Chief Manager' campaign from three times annually last year to five times this year, as the campaign received positive feedback from its customers. Starting with the Gangwon region, the campaign will be expanded nationwide, including the metropolitan area, Yeongnam, and Chungcheong, Honam regions.
Kim Bangshin, President of Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicle, stated, "Despite the stagnant commercial vehicle market due to various external issues, we launched this campaign to reduce the burden on customers who quietly hold the steering wheel for their livelihood and to provide more reasonable services. Since we plan to expand the campaign further this year, we hope more customers will visit the sites and directly experience the free inspection services provided by Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicle."
