[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Modamoda announced that it will start pre-order sales of its biggest strategic new product of the second half of the year, ‘Prochange Darkening Shampoo,’ from the 27th.
The Prochange Darkening Shampoo contains 10 times more polyphenols than the previous product, accelerating the browning process by about twice the average speed.
While the previous product contained polyphenols extracted from black foods such as black sesame and black cumin seeds, the new product uses polyphenols extracted from various seaweeds including Chlorella vulgaris, gamtae, miyeok, flat green laver, and radiated laver.
Modamoda is also offering pre-order sales of other new products, ‘Prochange Blonde Shampoo’ and ‘Prochange Boosting Treatment.’ The Prochange Blonde Shampoo is a complementary color shampoo tailored to the trends of the 10s and 30s generation, transforming yellowish hair caused by bleaching or dyeing into a natural and sophisticated ash tone.
The Prochange Boosting Treatment acts as a booster that enhances the browning power, a gray hair care function, and accelerates the effect when used together with black shampoo or darkening shampoo. It also provides hair softness after shampooing.
From today until the 3rd of next month, Modamoda is running an event on its official brand mall where 5% of the purchase amount will be returned as payback points for all product purchases, and seven sachets of Boosting Treatment will be given as a gift. When purchasing a double set, a ‘Big Volume Brush’ will be additionally gifted.
Meanwhile, Modamoda plans to participate in ‘Cosmoprof 2022,’ the world’s largest beauty expo held in Las Vegas, USA, for three days starting from the 12th of next month, where it will showcase new products including the Prochange Darkening Shampoo.
