[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Doosan Construction announced on the 27th that it will launch sales next month for ‘Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central,’ located in Songnim-dong, Dong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
‘Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central’ will be redeveloped through the Songnim 3 District Housing Redevelopment Project into a complex consisting of 12 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,321 households. Excluding the units allocated to association members, 785 units will be available for general sale. The number of units by exclusive area is △39㎡ 20 units, △46㎡ 147 units, △51㎡ 108 units, △59㎡ 462 units, and △84㎡ 48 units. All units for sale are small to medium-sized, with exclusive areas of 85㎡ or less, which are highly preferred by buyers.
Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central boasts a rapid transportation network. It provides access to Dongincheon Station and Dowon Station on Seoul Subway Line 1. It also has excellent connectivity to metropolitan transportation networks such as Incheon-daero, Gyeongin Expressway, and the Second Capital Area Outer Ring Expressway. Additionally, residents can use the Bupyeong Yeonan Port Line at Songnim Samgeori Station near the complex. This allows quick access to Bupyeong Station, a planned station on the GTX-B line, and once the GTX-B line opens in 2027, travel from Incheon to Seoul will take about 20 minutes.
There are 17 elementary, middle, and high schools near the complex, including Seorim Elementary, Seohung Elementary, Dongsan Middle, and Dongsan High School. Inha University, Incheon National University, and Jaeneung University are also located within a 5 km radius of the complex.
Convenient access to living infrastructure is another advantage. E-Mart Traders, Songhyeon Neighborhood Park, Songnim Gymnasium, and the Incheon Regional Joint Government Building are nearby, and Incheon Baek Hospital, with 234 general hospital beds, is located within 200 meters in a straight line.
The complex features a south-facing design that maximizes natural lighting and ventilation efficiency, and offers energy-saving systems, safety systems, well-being systems, and digital systems. The model house is scheduled to open on the 8th of next month.
