Kim Dayoung, a third-year manager at Eduwill, was once a student studying for the Certified Real Estate Agent exam online at Eduwill. After obtaining the certification, she joined Eduwill and now shares her success know-how with other customers.


Manager Kim said, "Eduwill learning managers cannot work without a certification," adding, "Because from the perspective of a certification holder, customers can empathize and trust when being assisted." She continued, "When I was studying as an online student, I was able to pass thanks to the encouragement and support from the learning manager in charge of me," and added, "Now, that person has become my senior colleague."

Han Jesuk, a learning manager at Eduwill who joined in 2015, has led countless examinees to success. He says, "One of the biggest reasons I do this job is the heavy responsibility that a person's life can change beyond just obtaining a certification."


There is one examinee who remains memorable to Manager Han. "She was a 58-year-old full-time housewife who obtained the Certified Real Estate Agent certification in just six months following my guidance. She cried, saying she felt reborn and recognized by her family. She had a strong complex about her high school education level, but through this opportunity, she gained confidence in life and expressed her gratitude, which made me truly proud."

Jang Hyekyung, a veteran learning manager with nine years of experience, is the person behind leading numerous examinees to success. She says that whenever she receives thanks from customers, she feels she was just doing her natural role. Manager Jang said, "Since we are the first point of contact with customers, I think it is a process of finding hope together from the customer's perspective rather than simply delivering information," and added, "I remember counseling a customer in her 60s for about an hour, and she said I was meticulous and kind and wanted to scout me."


Manager Jang explains that the role of a learning manager is to provide one-on-one close management services throughout the entire exam preparation period. Based on big data from successful candidates at Eduwill, she suggests personalized success strategies considering study time investment, study habits, and concentration levels. She described this as the ideal direction for a learning manager's work. She said, "I want to incorporate all the know-how I have accumulated to guide the study direction well," and added, "I will support learners wholeheartedly so they can take the first step toward passing."
