VT GMP, Surpasses 500 Million Yen Annual Sales on Japan's Rakuten Award Ceremony

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] VT GMP's cosmetics division, VT Cosmetic, announced on the 24th that it received the annual sales award for surpassing 500 million yen (approximately 4.9 billion KRW) from Japan's largest e-commerce platform company, Rakuten.

Rakuten selects companies that have achieved sales of 500 million yen based on sales aggregated from December 2020 to November 2021.

VT Cosmetic is targeting the Japanese beauty market by strengthening its Cica lineup along with the 'Cica Daily Soothing Mask.'

Despite the overall demand decline in the beauty industry due to COVID-19, VT Cosmetic continues to show rapid sales growth on Rakuten, one of Japan's top three online platforms.

A VT Cosmetic representative said, "We have captured the hearts of Japanese consumers based on outstanding product quality."

Earlier this year, VT Cosmetic was selected as a Super Star Seller on Amazon Korea.
