Syswork, Decision on Whether to Commence Rehabilitation Proceedings Deferred

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] Syswall announced on the 24th that the application for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings submitted to the Seoul Bankruptcy Court on the 3rd has been put on hold.

The Seoul Bankruptcy Court stated, "To support negotiations on restructuring between creditors and the debtor, the decision on whether to commence the rehabilitation proceedings in this case will be postponed until July 22."
