S22 Ultra 'Nightography' Introduction
[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Cha] Samsung Electronics announced on the 23rd that it has released an episode video introducing the 'Nightography' feature of the 'Galaxy S22 Ultra,' developed in collaboration with Netflix, on YouTube worldwide.
Released ahead of the global mega-hit original Netflix drama Stranger Things Season 4 Part 2, this video vividly and interestingly showcases the excellent night photography capabilities of the S22 Ultra.
The 60-second video begins with three teenagers riding bicycles late at night, heading to a viewing party for Stranger Things Season 4. Among them, a girl unintentionally captures scenes from the 'Strange Night' on the Galaxy S22 Ultra placed in her back pocket.
Amidst gloomy background music, red lightning and thunder symbolizing the iconic monster 'Mind Flayer' from Stranger Things flash between clouds, followed by other representative monsters such as the 'Demogorgon.' The video ends with the girl arriving safely at the party location and frowning as she looks at the screen of the Galaxy S22 Ultra.
The vertical video featured in this episode was filmed and edited using the Galaxy S22 Ultra, equipped with AI technology-based sensors capable of capturing more light and data, and a 108-megapixel rear camera.
Samsung Electronics has been collaborating with Netflix since 2019. In February, during the online Galaxy S22 Unpack event, it released a parody video of the popular drama Bridgerton.
