Medipost Acquires Additional 920,000 Shares of Medipost CDMO Stock

[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] Medipost announced on the 22nd that it will additionally acquire 920,000 shares of its subsidiary Medipost CDMO for 46 billion KRW.

After the acquisition, Medipost's stake in Medipost CDMO will become 100%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 1st of next month.

Medipost stated the purpose of the acquisition as "entry into the North American cell and gene therapy CDMO business."
