Samsung Electronics Introduces Dedicated Customer Service for 'Bespoke Infinite Line' The Infinite dedicated team is loading the 'Bespoke Infinite Line' wine refrigerators onto vehicles for delivery at the Samsung Electro-Logistics Suwon Center warehouse located in Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do.


[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Samsung Electronics will introduce the ‘Infinite Service’ starting from the 22nd for customers who purchase products from the ‘Bespoke Infinite Line.’


The Bespoke Infinite Line, newly launched by Samsung Electronics in February, is a super premium kitchen appliance line that embodies the vision of providing not only the best performance but also enduring value over time.


The Infinite Service offers a higher level of service throughout all stages, from product manufacturing to installation and after-sales service (AS). In the manufacturing sector, specialized personnel with over 10 years of experience are assigned to key manufacturing processes to pursue perfection down to the finest details.


At the installation stage, where consumers first encounter the product, an ‘Infinite Dedicated Team’ with excellent skills and experience is deployed. The dedicated team supports not only product installation but also the connection of ‘SmartThings Home Life’ for customers unfamiliar with home IoT, and upon customer request, provides usage instructions while continuously upgrading the software to ensure a more convenient product experience.


The dedicated repair technician is committed to visiting within one day. Additionally, remote monitoring is conducted to prevent potential issues that may arise during product use.


With consumer consent, devices connected to Wi-Fi are monitored weekly for operational status, and in case of abnormalities, customers are notified or software updates are performed. Furthermore, a service will be implemented next month exclusively for Bespoke Infinite Line customers, where saying “Infinite” during the automated response system (ARS) guidance stage will automatically connect the customer to a professional consultant.


Lee Ki-soo, Vice President of Samsung Electronics’ Home Appliance Business Division, said, “We planned the dedicated service so that customers using the Bespoke Infinite Line can experience meticulous care and differentiated upgrade services throughout the entire process before and after purchasing the product,” adding, “We will continue to apply various functions and services to allow customers to feel the unique value of the Bespoke Infinite Line.”
