"Looking for Dormant Members"... Asiana Airlines Launches 'Again, Good Days' Promotion

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] Asiana Airlines announced on the 20th that it will conduct the 'Again, Good Days' promotion targeting online dormant members.

Asiana Airlines will provide a discount coupon (up to 20,000 KRW off per one-way ticket) that can be used when purchasing international flight tickets if online dormant members verify their identity and reactivate their dormant status by August 31. The online discount coupon is valid until August 31 and can be used when purchasing economy class international flight tickets departing from Korea.

Additionally, among members who agree to receive email marketing after reactivating their dormant status, 4,000 will be selected by lottery to receive Saekdong emoticons. The Saekdong emoticon lottery will be held at the end of June and the end of July. Winners will receive the emoticon coupon code individually via the email address agreed for marketing reception. An Asiana Airlines official said, "We prepared this promotion with the hope that dormant members will return, just like travel, which had temporarily stopped due to COVID-19, is coming back."

Meanwhile, Asiana Airlines is expanding partnerships to allow mileage use at Caribbean Bay this summer, in addition to existing partners such as Weekly Deals, Everland, CGV, and E-Mart. The company is striving to increase opportunities for members to use their mileage.
