Eumseong Prugio Center Peak Special Supply 'Strong Performance', General Subscription Also Expected

Daewoo E&C's ‘Eumseong Prugio Center Peak,’ supplied in Eumseong, Chungbuk, has achieved good results in the special supply subscription, raising expectations for the general subscription for 1st and 2nd priority starting today (16th).

According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription website, Eumseong Prugio Center Peak received a total of 108 applications during the special supply subscription held on the 14th and 15th. By type, the 84㎡ A type received 74 applications, showing the highest number, and the 84㎡ B type also performed well with 15 applications. By special supply category, former institution workers accounted for the most with 74 applications, and first-time homebuyers also recorded a high number with 24 applications.

The selection of residents for units up to 85㎡ will be composed of 40% by point system and 60% by lottery, while units over 85㎡, specifically 110㎡, will be selected 100% by lottery.
