Since it is sold in a public land development district, the price ceiling system was applied, and the sale price is around 600 million to 640 million KRW. Considering that the nearby complex 'Jichuk Station Central Prugio' with an exclusive area of 84㎡ was traded at 1.23 billion KRW in January, the market gain reaches 600 million KRW.
