Meanwhile, 'Anyang River Jaileune Complex Commercial Space' located in Bakdal-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, supplied by Xi S&D, is drawing investors' attention as it approaches its bid on June 15.


Anyang River Jaileune Apartments consist of 139 households with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 103㎡, scheduled for move-in this November, and the commercial spaces within the complex are set to open in December. The commercial spaces consist of a total of 11 units, all located on the first floor, offering excellent accessibility.


Additionally, the commercial spaces benefit not only from the fixed demand of the 139 households in the apartment but also from the surrounding residential complexes, including the 1,385 households of Hanla Vivaldi Apartments, providing substantial secondary demand. Securing basic demand within the complex allows for stable commercial operation, and the fact that these are newly built commercial spaces without key money is another favorable factor for investment. With the opening scheduled for December, the potential for stable and rapid profit generation is also one of the advantages.


A nearby real estate agent said, "There has been no supply of newly built commercial spaces near the complex," adding, "Due to the advantage of all commercial spaces being newly built on the first floor, inquiries from both customers who want to operate stores and investors continue, and interest is rising as the bidding date approaches."


Meanwhile, the Anyang River Jaileune Complex Commercial Space is scheduled for bidding on June 15, and a sales promotion center is currently in operation.
