Shinsegae Food Launches Macaron Set with 'Noted'

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Shinsegae Food announced on the 13th that it has collaborated with the popular dessert cafe 'Knotted' to launch the 'Knotted Macaron Set.'

The new product is offered in three flavors: vanilla, strawberry, and banana. The macaron shells, made by grinding whole almonds to enhance the chewy texture, are filled with ganache made from Belgian chocolate, resulting in a soft taste that spreads a rich flavor throughout the mouth.

A Shinsegae Food representative said, "We will continue to reflect rapidly changing bakery trends and expand consumers' choices through various collaborations that break the mold."
