Min&Z, Launches 'TheSsenCard', Korea's Only MyData Service Predicting Card Performance

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] MyData company MinAnJi (CEO Lee Hyuncheol) announced on the 13th that it has launched ‘TheSsenCard,’ the first MyData service in Korea that allows users to manage card performance and benefits, marking its entry into the MyData market.

Min&Z, Launches 'TheSsenCard', Korea's Only MyData Service Predicting Card Performance

TheSsenCard is the only AI-based card benefit prediction and management service in Korea. It analyzes over 35,000 card benefit details from more than 5,300 types of credit and debit cards circulated domestically, and through a performance prediction algorithm based on customer card usage data, it recommends the optimal card at the time of payment.

In fact, MinAnJi’s analysis of customer data showed that the top-tier customers’ average monthly card benefit rate (the ratio of benefits such as points and mileage converted into monetary value relative to card spending) reached up to 13.5%, showing a difference of more than 10% compared to the average of 3.08%. In other words, customers who manage their cards according to target performance receive benefits exceeding about 100,000 KRW when spending 1,000,000 KRW on average, compared to general customers.

MinAnJi plans to further enhance TheSsenCard service by applying AI technology to personalized financial services and will continuously add various app features to improve user convenience.

To commemorate the launch of TheSsenCard service, MinAnJi is conducting promotional events with various benefits including ▲‘my Card Benefit Report Card,’ which provides up to 100% of the average card benefit amount over the past three months as ‘card benefit support funds,’ ▲‘my Card Benefit Sharing,’ which allows users to share the amount of the provided card benefit support funds with friends, and ▲‘my Card Payment Support!’ which offers rewards up to 1,000,000 KRW through a lottery when users certify their card benefit report card on SNS.

A MinAnJi official said, “Even when spending with the same card, making payments according to purpose and usage location allows users to maximize benefits more economically,” adding, “We will provide practical MyData services through ‘TheSsenCard,’ which automatically predicts card performance management.”

Meanwhile, MinAnJi obtained the full license for personal credit information management (MyData) from the Financial Services Commission in January last year and has been preparing to launch new MyData services, including investing in BigSol, the developer of the mobile card benefit integrated management app ‘TheSsenCard.’
