Jeongeup-si, Haksan High School 3rd Year Students Participate in 'Employment Competency Enhancement Program'

[Jeongeup=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jaegil] Jeongeup City, Jeonbuk Province, announced on the 7th that it conducted an "Employment Competency Enhancement Program" for third-year students at Haksan High School.

This education program, organized by Cheongjeongjidae, a private consignment agency of the Jeongeup Youth Support Center, provides customized training to improve young people's employment motivation and boost their confidence, supporting them to enter society stably.

A qualified professional instructor was invited to cover topics essential for job preparation, including resume and self-introduction letter writing, interview skills and speaking training, and personal color analysis reflecting the latest trends.

In particular, by providing a customized program based on a preliminary demand survey conducted with the employment teachers and students of Haksan High School, the satisfaction of participating students was increased.

A student who participated in the training said, "The customized education delivered by a professional instructor, such as how to write a self-introduction letter and the personal color program, became an opportunity to build confidence and competitiveness for employment."

An official from the city stated, "We hope that students preparing for employment can conduct job-seeking activities with confidence through this education," and added, "We will continue to provide wholehearted support so that young people can settle in the region and become key players in the development of the local economy."

Meanwhile, the Youth Support Center Cheongjeongjidae is promoting various projects for stable living of youth in Jeongeup under the slogan "When youth grow, the future of the region grows," including job projects for prospective youth, youth festivals, discovering youth instructors, cultural and leisure classes at Harudak Research Institute, and employment competency enhancement education.
