[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] NineTech, a manufacturer of secondary battery and display manufacturing equipment, is expanding its semiconductor business. The company is developing devices following related equipment.

NineTech announced on the 7th that it has been selected as a research and development company for the ‘2022 Excellent Company Research Institute Fostering Project ATC+’ led by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.

ATC+ is a project aimed at fostering small and medium-sized enterprise-affiliated research institutes as key players in corporate growth and industrial innovation by supporting the enhancement of research and development (R&D) capabilities.
