Hyundai Engineering to Launch 'Insignia Banpo' for Sale in June

Hyundai Engineering plans to supply luxury officetels this month in Banpo residential area, one of the representative affluent neighborhoods in Seoul, specifically in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu.


'Insignia Banpo' consists of two buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, comprising a total of 148 officetel units with exclusive areas of 59 to 144㎡, as well as neighborhood living facilities. By exclusive area, there are ▲36 units of 59㎡ ▲108 units of 84㎡ ▲4 penthouse-type units (2 units of 119㎡ and 2 units of 144㎡). Unlike most officetels recently supplied in the Gangnam area, which are mainly small one-room units, this project is differentiated by offering residential officetels suitable for 3 to 4-person households.


'Insignia Banpo' is located in the Banpo residential area, which is highly preferred by residents. The Banpo-dong area features the Han River and Banpo Hangang Park, providing a pleasant living environment, and is a traditional luxury residential town densely populated with leading apartments such as 'Banpo Raemian Prestige' and 'Acro River Park.' Various infrastructures including school districts, transportation, lifestyle, and culture are already well established, making it highly desirable for residents.
