Gochang-gun Recruiting Surveyors for 'Community Health Survey' Until the 23rd

[Gochang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jaegil] The Gochang County Public Health Center in Jeonbuk is recruiting surveyors for the '2022 Community Health Survey,' jointly conducted with the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency and Wonkwang University.

According to the Gochang County Public Health Center on the 2nd, the Community Health Survey produces health statistical data necessary for establishing local health care plans and implementing health projects by conducting a comprehensive survey on the health status of residents in the Gochang area. This survey has been conducted annually since 2008.

The total number of recruits is six. Surveyors will visit sample households selected as survey targets within the county from August 16 to October 31 and conduct one-on-one interviews using tablet PCs.

The recruitment requirements are adults aged 20 or older who can use computers and the internet (those who can use personal digital certificates). Employed individuals are excluded from eligibility.

The recruitment period is until the 23rd. Those wishing to apply should download the surveyor application form posted on the Gochang County website's notice board, fill it out, and submit it either by visiting the Gochang County Public Health Center's Visiting Health Team in person or by registered mail.

Yu Byungsoo, Director of the Gochang County Public Health Center, said, "The data collected through the Community Health Survey is used as important basic data for establishing and implementing various health policies," and added, "Since the role of surveyors is very important, we ask for active support from the residents."
